for considering a donation to
Twin Cities Adaptive Cycling.
Our program could not operate without the
generous support of people like YOU!
Why TCAC is so important for our community
Today more than 75,000 individuals in the Twin Cities, or nearly 11% of the population, live with a disability that limits their mobility and exercise choices. Individuals with disabilities are more likely to be physically inactive and socially isolated. Adaptive cycling allows individuals living with a disability to be outdoors in their community, experience increased mobility, and improve strength and cardiovascular fitness. Cycling also provides opportunities to socialize with others and can increase feelings of self-worth and autonomy.
How your donation helps
Your donation today will help support our work to increase access to cycling among youth and adults with disabilities, and promote inclusivity and diversity on our Twin Cities biking trails. More specifically, your donation will help expand our fleet of adaptive cycles, purchase adaptive equipment, expand youth programing and ridership, and support daily program operations.
